Smallest Man He Ping Ping world, from Mongolia, is the smallest man in the world by the Guinness Book of Records with only 74.61 inches tall.
Medium Pankrtova Svetlana, is a woman from Russia who has the worlds longest legs, also according to the Guinness of Records, is 51.96 inches (132cm).
And these two men finally met in Trafalgar Square, London to attend the book launch of the Guinness Book Of Records this year.
Svetlana Pankrtova itself is not a record holder as the tallest woman in the world, because he only has a height 6 ft 7 inch (200.68 cm). The tallest woman in the world held by Yao Defen, who has a high 7ft 9in (236.26 cm).
