Windows 10 desktop ini icons showing on desktop

These are not malware and are showing because you have set Windows 10 to show "hidden & system" files.
Do not delete them as they will be just created again.
If you dont want to see them then uncheck the box in  "hidden items "in  Windows Explorer.
