Verizon SMB customers having tech support problems will get courtesy of the Geek Squad. The Communication Giant is partnering with the BestBuy owned help-desk for end to end IT support, from installations and setups to malware mitigation and backups and everything in-between.  via ZDNet’s Heather Clancy.
