Epson Ink Pad Reset (IPR) info:

To reset the Ink Pad Counter, download the Ink Pad Reset Utility from the website www.epson.com/ipr. The Ink Pad Reset Utility software currently runs on Windows operating systems: XP(32/64) and Vista(32/64). If you want to run it on Windows 7, just right click the program and set the Windows XP Operating System Compatibility Mode.

 You do not need to have the printer driver or status monitor software installed to use the utility. Once downloaded, launch the program and follow the prompts. Some older products do not need a reset utility and can be reset by holding several panel buttons down during power-up of the printer.

8. Put mainboad to printer and don’t forget to attach data and power cable to mainboard, and screw mainboard.

9. Turn on the printer. Base on my experience it will work. Notice there’s no blink anymore

10. Turn off the printer.

11. Take mainboard.

12. Detach cable wire which connected to pin 1-4

13. Then put mainboard to printer again (don’t forget to attach data and power cable to mainboard and strength the screw)

14. Turn on the printer again

15. Finish

Note:

After step 10, don’t forget to detach cable wire which connected to pin 1-4. If you forget it, computer will read your printer as Epson S 20.

It is located besides printer head. You can access this area by completely disassembling the whole printer.

 it is located around|back of the printer head, where we put the paper. the responsible of holding and moving the head from left to right and back and forth.

Before using the Software Resetter Epson Stylus T11, make sure:

a. Driver Printer Epson Stylus T11 already installed first, and make sure the printer is connect to the computer

b. Make sure you have the "Software Resetter Printer Epson Stylus T11".

c. Make sure that the damages requested in the printer reset counter (usually the printer lights all glowing red)

Before using the Software Resetter Epson Stylus T11, change the settings on your computer so that the program resetter Epson T11 may be the way without any error.

To change, click Start - Control Panel - Date and Time (Classic View for the model). if you model the Control Panel Category View, select Date, Time, Language and Regional Options, then select Date and Time settings to change the date.

Here are step by step to do the reset the Waste Ink Pad Counter Epson T11:

1.Download Software Resetter Printer Epson Stylus T11.
2. Resetter Epson T11 extract it.
3. Turn on the printer.
4. AdjProg.exe Run the file and click Accept.
5. Select a particular adjustment mode.
6. Continue by selecting the Waste Ink Counter pad and then click OK.
7. Click the Check button, to read the Waste Ink Counter Pad, and wait until the reading is completed.
8. Click initialization to reset waste ink pad counter to 0 and click Finish.
9. Turn off the printer, wait a while, and then turn the printer back.
10. Wait until the printer completes the process of calibration, and printer will be normal again.
11. Continue with Printer Test Page.

The Epson L800 uses  original Epson 6 Colors Continuous Ink System consisting  of black, cyan, light cyan, magenta, light magenta and  yellow. The Refill of each colors cost approximately US$ 40.00, which is cheaper compare to original cartridges. Before the cost of original cartridge for this kind of Epson printer model cost  around US$ 15.00 to US$ 20.00 per cartridge at 6 to 8 ml capacity. This Epson Printer Model cost approximately US$ 520.00 including its continuous ink system.For every 70 ml bottle refill, the Epson high capacity ink comes with a unique 13-digit code to  ensures its authenticity.  The 70 ml  ink bottle  claimed to be able to print up to 1800 pieces of 4R size pictures at Epson photo paper. The comparison to previous model

I considered these printer comparable to Epson T50, Epson Stylus Photo T60, Epson P60 Printer, and 6 colors Epson Artisan printer . Compare to this printer there is slight difference in performance speed but at almost the same quality of photograph prints.

The only difference between the Epson T60 and Epson Stylus P60 is the continuous ink system. The Epson L800 uses original continuous ink system that covers 1 year  warranty  from Epson Company while the Epson Stylus P60 or Epson T60 don’t have the CIS installed.

If you want to convert your Epson Stylus Photo Printer into Bottomless ink System (CIS), you have to buy from third party manufacturer which Epson automatically voids the warranty of Epson T50 printer, t60, Artisan Printer.

Overall the Epson L800 inkjet  printer is still recommended as replacement of Epson T60, Epson P60 or Epson T50 Printer Model. All of the printer mention above is compatible to Windows Xp, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows 8  Machine.
