Kali ini kang EKo akan mencoba sharing tentang Tips Agar Catridge Printer Awet dan Tahan Lama. Karena banyak sekali pertanyaan tentang "kenapa catrdige cepet banget rusaknya... baik langsung saja ke T...K...P....

Sebelum menuju ke Tips Agar Catridge Printer Awet dan Tahan Lama, kita akan belajar dulu tentang cara kerja dari head catridge.

Head : berfungsi untuk mengatur keluarnya tinta.
Catrdige : berfungsi sebagai wadah tampungan tinta yg akan mengalir ke head.

Dalam hal ini, printer Canon dan HP sering mengabungkan keduanya yaitu head dan catridge menjadi 1 bagian. Sedangkan Epson sering memisahkan antara head dan Catridge.

Cara Kerja Head Catridge menurut kang Eko :
Ketika printer diperintah untuk ngeprint, maka akan diolah oleh board printer dan terakhir board printer akan mengirim perintah ke head untuk melakukan pencetakan. Head akan mengatur filamen pemanas yg ada di dalamnya untuk mengatur tinta mana yg harus dikeluarkan untuk sebuah gambar / tulisan. Jadi cara kerjanya adalah dengan pemanasan tinta, sehingga tinta menjadi encer dan mudah untuk di semprotkan keluar lewat jalur lubang yg sangat kecil (nozzle). Pemanasan yg berlebihan akan membuat catrid cepat panas, maka dalam hal ini tinta printer itu bertindak sebagai pendingin juga. jadi Fungsi tinta ini juga sebagai oli kalau dikendaraan bermotor dan sangat penting sekali, maka jangan sampai catridge dibiarkan kosong terlalu lama.

Pemanasan head yg berlebihan ini diakibatkan oleh :
1. Ngeprint dalam jumlah banyak dan tidak ada jeda / istirahatnya, atau
2. Tinta habis dan printer masih dipakai untuk ngeprint,

Itulah kenapa catrdige warna Canon atau HP sering banget rusaknya, karena :
1. Yg warna jarang digunakan, sehingga nozzle buntu karena tinta kering, dan akibatnya akan terjadi pemanasan berlebih akibat tidak ada pendingin yaitu tinta, karena tinta macet.
2. Tinta warna habis dan tidak di isi, maka akan terjadi pemanasan berlebih pada head dan akibatnya chip di head akan terbakar.

Tips Agar Catridge Printer Awet dan Tahan Lama :

1. Jangan ngeprint dalam jumlah banyak secara langsung, tapi kasih istirahat tiap 10 lembar, kira2x 2-5 menit, apalagi kalau ngeprint kualitas foto, kasih istirahat lebih banyak.

2. Jangan biarkan tinta habis terlalu lama, lebih bagus lagi sebelum habis diisi tinta dulu.

3. Jangan mendiamkan printer (tidak dipakai ngeprint) lebih dari 5 -7 hari. Jadi tiap minggu minimal harus ngeprint sekali yg hitam dan warna (gunakan untuk ngeprint foto)

4. Jangan sering gonta-ganti merk tinta, karen keenceran masing-masing merk tinta berbeda dan ini sangat berpengaruh pada head printer.

5. Untuk printer Infus, pastikan tinta mengalir dengan lancar menuju ke catridge, jangan sampai tersumbat.

6. Jangan isi tinta terlalu penuh karena akan menyebabkan tinta tidak keluar bahkan head akan bocor akibat tekanan yg terlalu berat dari tinta, jika hal ini terjadi maka sedot ulang tinta tersebut dengan refill kit yang ada.

When the general error occurs, upon turning on the printer. The ink button and the paper button blinks (red blink) simultaneously while the power button is off. Dont be confused to the alternate red blinking! The alternate red blinking is different problem and can be fix without getting your hands dirty.

To be sure if the problem is General Error and not the End of Service life error (the resetting of Epson Counter using the utility of Epson) . Turn on the computer where the Epson 6 colors printer is connected and print one copy of documents or a test print.

    • Original Epson  Cartridge - means  the printer is out of ink

    • Manual Reset CIS - need to push the reset button up to  10 seconds

    • Automatic Reset CIS - turn off printer and turn on again

  • DVD tray open - Power on lights green while paper button and ink button alternately blinking

  • Paper Jam - turn off the printer and turn on again

  • CIS Hose - Hose too long or touching the metal

Causes and Solution General Error problem

The cause of this error are:

1. Paper Sensor

It is located besides printer head. You can access this area by completely disassembling the whole printer.

Problem
  • the sensor is full of dirt or dust

  • the sensor is soak with ink

  • dust blocked the sensor
 Solution
  • Disassemble and Remove the Sensor inside the printer

  • Clean  using tissue or cloth

  • Rinse the with tap water and blow dry it

  • clean the end of the ribbon connected to sensor

  • Replace the Sensor

2. The Belt


 it is located around|back of the printer head, where we put the paper. the responsible of holding and moving the head from left to right and back and forth.

 Problem
  • The belt might cut

Solution
  • Replace the paper feeder or fix it

  • Replace the belt

Before replacing the belt. Double check if the paper feeder of the said printer is working properly. The  reason why the belt is cut because it wants to feed the paper but it cant get it.

Additional Tips: Dont remove the printer head if there is no trouble youve encounter , removing the printer head of this printer is so sensitive. One mistake of pulling and reinserting the 6 colors printer head cable makes your printer entirely useless

Before using the Software Resetter Epson Stylus T11, make sure:

Memang benar bahwa segala sesuatu pasti ada batasan usia, dan mau tidak mau pasti mengalami yangnamanya rusak permanent, sama halnya dengan printer, tapi meskipun demikian ada namanya perawatan. dengan perawatan yang memadai, pasti printer anda akan bisa bertahan lebih lama, bahkan bisa saja bertahan selama dua kali lipat dibandingkan dengan printer yang tidak terawat sama sekali.

Pada dasarnya untuk merawat printer, itu tidaklah sulit, yang dibutuhkan hanya  meluangkan waktu dan sedikit perhatian anda. baiklah berikut ini ada beberapa tahap Bagaimana Merawat Printer agar Awet.
  1. Jangan mematikan printer dengan cara memutuskan aliran listrik secara tiba-tiba pada Printer. Gunakan tombol On dan Off, karena  jika hal ini terlalu sering terjadi maka lambat laun Printer anda akan cepat rusak, hal ini disebabkan karena Posisi Head tidak kembali di dudukannya, Lalu bagaimana halnya jika terjadi mati lampu?, untuk itu anda bisa menggunakan UPS. 
  2. Jangan mencetak menggunakan kertas yang terlelu tebal. karena Karena bisa menyebabkan Roller Aus yang dapat menyebabkan Printer Tidak Bisa Menarik Kertas
  3. Setelah anda Mengoperasikan Printer, biasakan untuk menutupnya dengan kain, Hal ini berguna untuk menghindari debu-debu yang bisa saja masuk ke Printer. dan jika Printer tidak digunakan dalam rentan waktu yang cukup lama, sebaiknya anda memasukkannya kembali ke dalam kardusnya.
  4. Biasakan saat anda melakukan Proses Cetak Mencetak, Pastikan bahwa Kertas yang anda pakai itu steril atau terhindar dari kotoran, Karena jika tidak, Akan beresiko merusak Bagian Printer Head anda. 
  5. Jika anda menggunakan Printer yang sudah di modifikasi atau menggunakan tinta Infus atau Continues Ink System, pastikan bahwa posisi Tabung tidak terlalu tinggi, Karena hal ini bisa membuat tinta menjadi meluber kemana-mana, dan bisa memicu terjadi Koslet pada printer anda yang berujung pada kerusakan yang sangat fatal.
  6. Segeralah anda menutup tabung penampungan tinta jika, anda selesai mencetak
  7. Rajin-rajinlah untuk membersihkan Printer anda
  8. Jangan biasakan untuk membuka Printer Cover atau bagian pelindung saat anda melakukan proses pencetakan
  9. Perhatikan jenis tinta yang anda pakai, sebaiknya anda menggunakan tinta yang sudah terjamin akan kualitasnya

Ada banyak sekali jenis dan merk printer yang kita kenal, misalnya merk Canon, Epson, Hp, Mungkin Karena merk tersebut sangat laris di pasaran sehingga setiap beberapa bulan sekali perusahaan mengeluarkan produk- produk terbarunya. pada dasarnya, menurut saya pribadi semua printer itu sama saja dan sama bagusnya, itu tergantung dari keperluan  masing-masing pengguna.
Tapi meskipun demikian, bukan berarti bahwa jika anda mau membeli printer, anda asal membeli saja,

bukan seperti itu, ada banyak hal yang harus kita pertimbangkan, oleh karena itu, jika anda mempunyai niat untuk membeli Printer sebaiknya anda meluangkan waktu sejenak untuk membaca Tips Membeli Printer yang akan saya uraikan di bawah ini.

  1. Sebelum anda membeli sebuah printer, sebaiknya ketahuilah terlebih dahulu, bahwa printer tersebut mau anda pakai untuk apa, jika tujuan anda membeli printer fokus untuk mencetak foto-foto sebaiknya anda menggunakan printer yang dilengkapi dengan 6 tinta, Karena hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas cetakan anda nantinya. Akan tetapi Jika anda hanya anak sekolahan dan hanya mencetak semacam dokumen-dokumen atau tugas-tugas sekolah printer dengan 4 tinta itu sudah cukup.
  2. carilah informasi terlebih dahulu, Khusunya Harga Printer, Hal ini bertujuan agar anda tidak ragu pada saat proses tawar- menawar dengan sipenjual. karena terkadang harga yang ada di pasaran itu hampir sepertiga dari harga yang sebenarnya, Jika memang harga yang ditawarkan terlalu tinggi, jangan ragu untuk mencari tempat yang lain. Untuk mengetahui harga yang sebenar nya , anda bisa mengakses alamat atau situs resminya.
  3. Saat anda membeli Printer, pastikan bahwa kondisi barang tersebut masih tersegel. jangan membeli jika memang ada segel yang rusak. lebih baik anda menggantinya dengan yang lain.
  4. Sebaiknya anda Cek Printer tersebut sebelum anda membawanya pulang kerumah, untuk memastikan bahwa Printer bisa berfungsi dengan normal, tanpa ada kerusakan.
  5. Sebelum di bawa pulang, sebaiknya anda cek dulu hasil cetakannya, pastikan bahwa cetakan yang dihasilkan benar-benar sempurnya. kalau perlu cetaklah dokumen yang bergambar. karena menurut pengalaman saya pribadi pernah juga saya menemukan printer yang memang kondisinya masih sangat baru, tapi sama sekali tidak bisa mencetak, mungkin karena printer tersebut pernah terjatuh atau apalah, jadi sebaiknya anda periksa dengan teliti.
